Best Way Shipping

We offer a shipping method on the website called "Best Way" which means we will choose the best ground shipping option for your order when it is ready to ship.  

We take into account:

  • Cost
  • Number of transit days
  • Time of day versus carrier pickup time
  • Weather

Usually they are only a few cents difference in cost and offer the same transit time.  We do our best to pick the cheapest without causing a longer delivery time.  We also bind together boxes and use container boxes as needed to get you a better rate. 

If you are setup to pay with a credit card, we add a small amount to the order total just for authorization purposes to cover the shipping.  For a ground order it would usually be $25. However, you will only pay the ACTUAL shipping and handling amount when the order is charged. 

If you need to track a shipment that says "best way" as the carrier, we recommend you search the web (google or bing) for the tracking number directly, or just click the "Track Order" button below the carrier name on the order details page.  That should give you a link to view the tracking status.  Also, if there is an designated email on file with us for your shipping location, a notice of the shipment will be sent there as well and that will include the carrier information.
