Return Policy

G.A. Murdock will correct our errors at no charge to the Purchaser. Only new and marketable items with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and RMA packing slip will be accepted. RMA numbers must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date. You may request an RMA by contacting customer service or from your website purchase history. We reserve the right to assess a 25% restocking charge. Returned merchandise is to be returned freight prepaid. Non-stock items are not returnable if noted on the order acknowledgment.
