Why G.A. Murdock?

G.A. Murdock is a Wholesale Supplier for Water Conditioning Dealers
Our owner, Gene Appelwick, was a Culligan Dealer for years before branching out as a reseller distributing products that would help support Culligan and other RO system dealers.  We now carry thousands of products for use in every step of the water conditioning process:

Gene and his son Brian also began designing new products under the brand name Mur-lok® to make RO installations easier and less leak-prone.  Our flagship product was the RO-Pal, designed to replace leaky and unreliable self-piercing valves.  In 2003, we began engineering a line of polypropylene quick-connect fittings and tubing in sizes and threads that are used throughout the water treatment industry.

We are constantly on the lookout for more opportunities like these to engineer better solutions to the issues that are affecting our customers and want to hear about your struggles out in the field to see if we can help.

Where are we?

G.A. Murdock's primary warehouse and factory is located in Madison, SD 57042 and we are opening a second distribution warehouse in Palmetto, FL 34221.  We have also been a long-standing member of the WQA (Water Quality Association) and attend many regional meetings and conventions each year.  Contact us to schedule a meet-up or stop into our booth to see how we can help you keep your supplies costs down and your customer satisfaction up.

How to get started?

If it sounds like you are qualified to buy direct from us, please use the Account Request Form to get setup with an account.  You can associate multiple shipping locations and online buyers with your company account.  Initially we offer credit card payments, but you can also setup ACH payments (ACH gets a 2% discount on every order!) or apply for a Net 30 account.  We ship with UPS, FedEx, SpeeDee and various LTL carriers.  If you have a collect account with UPS or FedEx, we can apply that to your account so you receive your negotiated shipping rates.  Once your account application is processed, you will be able to start ordering online, or via phone, fax, or email.
