About Mur-lok Fittings
Mur-lok quick-connect fittings feature steel teeth and dual o-rings that grip the tubing with a simple push-in installation. Mur-lok fittings can be used as replacements for John Guest Speedfit (UK) inch size fittings to help avoid the impact of recent US Tariff increases.
The combination of a polypropylene body and EPDM o-rings is highly chemical resistant. Our black polypropylene fittings and LLDPE polyethylene tubing also offer additional resistance to indoor and outdoor UV lighting exposure. We also offer fluorocarbon o-rings for increased chemical compatibility. Mur-lok fittings are not designed for hot water applications.
Optional locking clips can add additional hold in applications where the tubing may be jostled or moved occasionally. It is also possible purchase fittings with collet connections in different colors to organize your connections and indicate line direction, size, contents, destination, etc. Colors available: white, black, grey, blue, red, green, yellow, orange.
About Mur-lok Tubing
Mur-lok polyethylene tubing is extruded from Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) and is available in many configurations to help organize your connections between equipment. This semi-rigid tubing has a wall thickness designed to withstand pressures up to 230 psi @ 70° F. It is commonly used for cold water feed lines, non-oiled compressed air lines and drain lines. In addition to standard sizes, we can custom label, print, cut length, package or extrude tubing to meet your exact requirements.
Our black polyethylene tubing offers additional resistance to indoor and outdoor UV lighting exposure. Mur-lok tubing is not designed for hot water applications.
Tubing can be mounted to the wall or to equipment using our Mur-lok Tubing Clips.
